Team

Charles Willis, SR – The founding member of Willis Racing.  As the leader of the team he has taught each and every member something about racing.  As a Champion himself, he has built this team with every intention of winning championships and providing a service to fellow drag racers. He currently spends most of his time managing the team and evaluating the teams progress.  He also spends a small amount of time racing at select events.  His Championships include; 2006 Gateway International Raceway Street Bike, 2013 Gateway Motorsports Park Street Bike, 2014 Gateway Motorsports Park Street Bike and 2015 Gateway Motorsports Park Super Pro Motorcycle.

Janie Palm – A six-time ET and Index Champion who started drag racing in 2000.  She is dedicated to bringing recognition to the sport she loves.  She feels the sport needs to grow in order for her and her competition to have a place to race.  She currently competes in Street ET, Pro ET, 9.50 and 8.88 Index classes.  Her 6 Championships include; 2007 Gateway International Pro Bike, 2010 Gateway International Outlaw All Stars 9.50, 2012 Gateway Motorsports Park Street Bike, 2012 Gateway Motorsports Park Pro Bike, 2013 Gateway Motorsports Park Pro Bike and 2014 Gateway Motorsports Park Pro Bike.  She has also won 4 NHRA Wally Trophies from the National Dragster Challenge events held throughout the years at Gateway.
